Loose Heating Cable - Grand Meyer® OHC30

Twin-core resistive type electric loose heating cable Grand Meyer THC20 with a linear output of 20 W/m. Used for underfloor heating systems as main heating or as comfort underfloor heating. Also can be used for protection against snow and ice of the small open areas. It is delivered in the form of ready-made heating sections with an installation connecting wire and sealed connecting and end sleeves.

Heating cable design

  1. Stranded heating conductors made of CuNi, CuCr, NiCr alloys depending on the resistance.
  2. Internal insulation made of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene of the new generation XPLE.
  3. Aluminum foil screen.
  4. Drain conductor made of stranded Al-Mg wires.
  5. External insulation made of PVC-modified polyvinyl chloride with increased heat resistance.

  1. Concrete base (floor slab).
  2. Thermal insulation.

  5. Temperature sensor (installed in a corrugated tube, the end of which is plugged).
